Terms of service
What you are buying, how you pay for it, and what happens if you stop.
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. Who these terms are between
NailOS is a subscription service operated by Lumenity Studio, of Cipta graha raya, Bandung (“we”, “us”). They apply between us and the person or business that creates a studio on NailOS (“you”, “the studio”). Creating a studio means you accept them.
They do not govern the relationship between a studio and its own clients. A studio sets its own terms for the work it does, on its own page, and we are not a party to them.
2. Your account
One account, one email address, one password, and you are responsible for what is done with them. Tell us over WhatsApp if you think somebody else has your password and we will help you close the door.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the studio you describe must be one you actually run.
3. What the service is
Every plan includes a public page for your studio, at an address you choose on this domain. Which of the rest you get depends on the plan:
- Your page — your story, gallery, price list and opening hours, in colours you choose. In every plan.
- The cashier — recording sales, deposits, prepaid cards and receipts. From Pro upwards.
- Clients and membership — a client list, balances and history. From Pro upwards.
- Online booking — clients requesting times from your opening hours, which you confirm yourself. Premium only.
The plan grid on the front page is what governs, and it is generated from the same records the software reads to decide what your dashboard opens. We may add to a plan. If we take something away from a plan you are on, we will tell you before your next term begins, and you may decline to renew.
4. Free to create, paid to publish
Creating a studio costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Your page is built immediately but stays private and unpublished, and the cashier stays shut, until a plan has been paid for and we have confirmed it. Nothing you enter while you are looking around is lost when you later subscribe.
5. Paying
Payment is by bank transfer to an account we name on your invoice, and it is checked by a person. The sequence is always the same:
- You choose a plan and a cycle, monthly or yearly, and we raise an invoice.
- You transfer the amount on it and upload the receipt.
- We check the transfer against the invoice and either confirm it or tell you what was wrong with it.
- On confirmation your term starts and your page goes live.
We check transfers by hand, so there is a wait — usually the same day, and never instantaneous. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and include any tax we are required to charge. Transfer fees your bank charges are yours.
If the amount that arrives does not match the invoice we will tell you rather than guess: we will not start a term on a transfer we cannot reconcile.
6. When your term runs
A term begins on the day we confirm your transfer and runs for the cycle you bought, one month or one year, in the studio’s own timezone. Dates and reminders are counted in Asia/Jakarta time.
Renewing early does not cost you the days you have already paid for. A new term begins the day after the current one ends, not on the day you paid for it.
7. Reminders
We email the studio’s owner as a term approaches its end — a week out, three days out, the day before, and on the last day — and once more when it has ended. These are a courtesy. A reminder that does not arrive, because an inbox was full or an address had changed, does not extend a term.
8. What happens when a term ends
There is no grace period. On the day after your term ends your public page goes offline, the cashier stops accepting new transactions, and the online booking form closes. Visitors to your address see a short notice rather than an error.
Your data stays. Your page, your services and prices, your client list and every transaction you have recorded remain exactly as they were. Renew and all of it comes back untouched. We do not delete a lapsed studio’s records as a matter of course, and if that ever changes we will give notice by email first and time to export.
You can export your transactions to a spreadsheet from the dashboard at any time while your subscription is running. Do it before a term ends if you want a copy in your own hands.
9. Refunds
A term that has begun is not refundable in part. If you cancel halfway through a month or a year, the studio keeps working until the term ends and is not renewed.
We do refund, in full and without argument:
- a transfer we confirmed in error, or confirmed twice;
- an amount larger than the invoice, to the extent of the excess;
- a term we ended early ourselves for any reason other than your breach of these terms.
Refunds go back to the account the transfer came from.
10. Suspension
We may switch a studio off before its term ends if it is being used to break the law, to publish content we are required to remove, or in a way that threatens the service for other studios. We will tell you why, and where the cause is something you can fix, we will say what would fix it. A suspension for any other reason is refunded under section 9.
11. What you publish
Your page is yours. The words, the photographs, the prices and the studio’s name belong to you, and you keep every right in them — subscribing grants us only the permission we need to store your content and serve it to the people who visit your address.
You are responsible for what you publish being yours to publish, being accurate about the work you do and the prices you charge, and being lawful. We do not review pages before they go live.
12. Your clients’ information
Names, phone numbers and visit histories entered into the cashier or the client list belong to your studio’s relationship with those people, not to ours. You decide what is collected and why; we hold it for you and do not use it for anything of our own. What we do with it in practice is set out in the privacy notice.
It follows that telling your clients what you record about them, and answering them when they ask, is your job rather than ours. We will help you find or remove a record when you ask.
13. What we do not promise
We do not promise the service will be available without interruption. It runs on infrastructure we rent, it is maintained by a small team, and it will occasionally be down. We will keep those spells short and, where we can see them coming, tell you first.
Nothing here excludes liability we are not allowed to exclude. Beyond that, what we owe you if something goes wrong is limited to the subscription fees you have paid us for the twelve months before it did. We are not liable for business you lost while the service was unavailable.
Keep your own records. We take backups, but the studio’s books are the studio’s responsibility, and the export button exists so that a copy can live somewhere that is not us.
14. Ending it
Stop renewing and the subscription ends on its own at the end of the term, with no notice to give and nothing to cancel. Tell us over WhatsApp if you would rather we closed the studio and erased its records, and we will confirm when it is done.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you — price, what a plan includes, or what happens to your data — we will email the studio’s owner before it takes effect, and it will not apply to a term you have already paid for. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes go to the courts of Indonesia. Talk to us first: most of what reaches a court here would have been settled by a message.
17. Reaching us
WhatsApp 081318573583, which is the same number the dashboard sends you to, answered by the same people who check the transfers.
